TFT Clubhouse is a nonprofit homeschool co-op and learning community dedicated to supporting the whole child through academics, Social-Emotional Learning (SEL), and meaningful connections.

Our program combines curriculum support, hands-on learning, and small-group instruction to help children build confidence, independence, creativity, and lifelong learning skills in a nurturing environment.

Who is TFT Clubhouse for?

TFT Clubhouse serves homeschool learners ages 5–15 seeking a supportive community that values both academic growth and emotional well-being.

Our programs are designed for elementary and middle school learners in a welcoming, inclusive environment.

Is TFT Clubhouse a school?

No. TFT Clubhouse is a homeschool co-op and educational enrichment program. Parents remain the primary educators while we provide curriculum support, enrichment opportunities, and engaging learning experiences.

What curriculum do you use?

We support each family's homeschool curriculum while providing instruction and enrichment through:

  • Reading & Writing

  • Mathematics

  • Science

  • History & Social Studies

  • STEM

  • Art

  • Body Movement/Group Challenges

  • Life Skills

Learning is individualized whenever possible to meet each child's needs and learning style.

What is Social-Emotional Learning (SEL)?

SEL is woven into every part of our day because we believe emotional wellness is just as important as academic success.

Children practice:

  • Emotional awareness

  • Self-regulation

  • Communication skills

  • Conflict resolution

  • Problem-solving

  • Teamwork

  • Leadership

  • Empathy

  • Healthy friendships

  • Confidence and resilience

These skills are naturally developed through games, projects, discussions, collaborative learning, and real-life experiences.

What does a typical day look like?

Each day includes a balance of:

  • Curriculum support

  • Reading and writing

  • Math

  • STEM projects

  • Creative arts

  • Outdoor play and movement

  • Baking and life skills

  • Social-Emotional Learning

  • Group collaboration

How many students do you serve?

To provide individualized attention and meaningful relationships, TFT Clubhouse intentionally limits enrollment to 12 learners each day.

Small group sizes allow every child to be known, supported, and encouraged to grow.

How are students grouped?

Children are grouped by age and developmental level.

Learners ages 5–15 spend much of the day in age-appropriate classrooms and activities while regularly coming together for multi-age mentoring opportunities such as:

  • Baking

  • Art

  • STEM challenges

  • Outdoor activities

  • Community projects

  • Special celebrations

These shared experiences help younger children build confidence while giving older learners opportunities to develop leadership, responsibility, and mentoring skills.

What are your rates?

As a nonprofit organization, our program fees are considered suggested monthly donations that directly support our educational programming and community.

Suggested monthly donations range from:

  • 2 Days: $650

  • 3 Days: Starting at $800

  • 5 Days: Up to $1075

Do you offer sibling discounts?

Yes!

We offer a 10% sibling discount for families enrolling more than one child.

Do you partner with Trauma Free Tree?

Yes.

TFT Clubhouse proudly partners with Trauma Free Tree to support whole-family wellness.

Families receiving therapy services through Trauma Free Tree and billing insurance may qualify for a reduced suggested donation for Clubhouse programming, making it easier to combine educational enrichment with therapeutic support.

Participation in TFT Clubhouse does not require therapy.

Who are your staff?

Our interdisciplinary team includes professionals with backgrounds in education, counseling, and behavioral support, including:

  • Bachelor's-level educators

  • Master's-level counseling professionals

  • Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)

  • Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)

  • Creative arts and enrichment instructors

Together, our team works collaboratively to support every child's academic, social, and emotional development.

What safety measures are in place?

Your child's safety is our highest priority.

Every staff member is:

  • CPR & First Aid Certified

  • Fingerprinted

  • Criminal Background Checked

Our campus also features a fully fenced and gated property to provide a safe and secure learning environment.

Do you accept children with different learning styles?

Absolutely.

Every child learns differently, and we celebrate those differences. Our small-group environment allows us to individualize instruction while helping children build confidence, independence, friendships, and a love of learning.

Yes.

Enrollment begins with a tour and family meeting so we can learn about your child's interests, strengths, goals, and learning style.
